clean up time.

at the end of each day the kids are assigned a task- they can choose between sweeping, wiping down tables and putting up chairs, dishes, or picking up any misplaced items. it's so cool to watch everyone work together- a lot of teamwork takes place, ending each day on a positive note (in theory at least!).

the kids love being in charge of pouring their own water. rather than pouring to the brim of their cup, everyone has learned how to pour only what they intend on drinking.
